notorious duraspark ign module symptoms...........test: MAKE SURE VEH. IN
PARK!, turn key to run position, check for spark while jumping starter
solenoid manually (screwdriver or jumper wire). ive replaced too many to
count with same prob. spark at key to crank position but module failure in
run position.........if you replace module make sure you buy one with same
grommet color...........kjun

Does it quit right when you release the key from START?
Will it run if you keep it in START?
Ballast resistor wire.
Replace with one for a 61-72 Mopar
with Essex (not Prestolite) ignition.
